The stress caused by the epidemic flurry and our transition to a more passive life triggers our weight gain. The energy burned by people who did active sports, especially before the epidemic, decreased. Depending on stress, our hormone balance changes, if we go uncontrolled, lubrication is at the door! And of course, there are those who eat as long as they stay at home to strengthen their immunity, and those who disrupt their healthy diet and routine eating plan. So what should we do to maintain the balance in this process?
• First of all, lots of water! The easiest solution for both payment and eating disorders.
• Mineral water every day! Electrolyte balance is very important, athletes know.
• Minimize simple sugar!
• There is definitely a place for complex carbohydrates, but let's underline that portioning is very important in this process.
• Protein sources are of course our friend, but especially in this period, if they are not taken in dose, they may invite fatness, not muscle building, in a sedentary life.
• Vitamins and minerals should not be interrupted! Fruit and oil seeds in appropriate portions… Let's not go without mentioning; The body cannot tolerate more of it as in the period when we lead an active life.
• It is useful to keep the fullness period long, the stress will push your hand to eat more. While working in front of the computer at home, you need to adjust the amount of fruits and cookies you keep with you.
• Yes, our movement is limited during this period. However, sedentary life can bring along the problem of weight and edema. For this reason, you can choose yoga practices that you can easily follow at home or take a look at the immune system strengthening exercise suggestions.
• Eat plenty of fiber, constipation can make you tired. Make sure to keep probiotics and support foods at home. Prunes are my favourite, but dried apricots and figs should be kept at hand with appropriate portions.
• Those who have just quit smoking, those who are in the menopause period and those who do active sports and do not have time right now! A little advice for you: Don't keep the chickpeas and oil seeds that everyone recommends at hand.
There is no “all or nothing”! Let's try to evaluate this period that we have to spend at home without forcing ourselves too much. Like every big problem, this epidemic will pass. When summer comes, we will say not wish, but glad. May control and health be with you!

Since the day I started with you, I said "yes, no matter how hard you try, there is always Özge Uçucu by your side" and I still continue to say it. Frankly, I have never come across anyone who is this good at his job and in his field. As a client, I already love her recipes, there is nothing I don't like. I would like to thank Özge Uçucu for supporting me in every way and most importantly for always being there for me psychologically.
