Oatmeal Bun

Materials:


1 cup of oats

4 tablespoons of cottage cheese

1 egg

3 tablespoons of yogurt

10 chopped olives

2 roasted red peppers or dried tomatoes


Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients correctly. Shape and place on the baking tray on which you have greased paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. enjoy your meal.
